GOLF AND COUNTRY

Valle de Uco Golf, Wine & Country

The urbanization is developed in a 310 hectares property with unique natural conditions. Located in a desert climate has all the features provided by an oasis among natural spring water, streams, profuse vegetation and an important view of the Andes. The proposal is structured around an 18-hole golf course designed to interact with residential plots, buildings and lakes. The result is that all the residential lots will be facing the golf course in a total of 186 units of 3000 m2. There are also 50 residential lots of 1 hectare meant for the cultivation of vines, and a total of 30.000 m2 destined to plots for "town houses." The circulations layout follows the water courses and the ground topography resulting in a dynamic structure differentiating pathways to either walk, move on bicycles or cars. The presence of water in channels, streams and lakes is the distinctive aspect of this development also creating sectors appropriate to practice sport fishing.
