Single family house – “Palmares” private community , Mendoza
Project in harmony with the community guidelines. The location of the main rooms and galleries
facing north, tries to get the maximum solar light and excellent views overlooking the garden
and swimming pool area.

Single family house – “Palmares” private community, Mendoza
The house placed on the front part of the lot defines a large backyard facing north. The interior
responds to the family lifestyle, with distinctive areas for the social and private uses, having a
particular value the wine cellar and the family room.

Project based on the use of natural materials and rustic finishes, complemented with the interior
design and furniture, that defines comfortable spaces and smooth connection between them.
The “L” shaped footprint, with its galleries and pergolas facing north, generates a strong connection
with the garden and swimming pool area.

Single family house – “Palmares” private community, Mendoza
Project developed in two levels, where the ground floor, with its master bedroom and intimate family
room, creates a private environment independent from the first floor activities.
The large glass panels, toward the gallery and garden, provide natural light and integration with the
open courtyard.

Single family house – “Pueyrredón” private community ,Chacras de Coria, Mendoza
The architectural design, with defined volumes and pure lines, suggests a modern language,
which seeks to represent the lifestyle of the young owners.
The materials used and the interior design are associated with this minimalist approach.

Single family house – “Rincón de Chacras” private community, Chacras de Coria, Mendoza
The location of the house in the site prioritizes the role of green spaces, including the
spacious entry way, interior gardens and swimming pool area. The project considers a strong
disposition facing north, with a major role in the semi-covered spaces, galleries and pergolas.
Defined interior spaces maintain fluid connections, allowing the integration between them.

Single family house in Chacras de Coria, Mendoza The house offers a vast courtyard entry. The core of the house is the permanent interaction between
the main rooms and the spacious rear garden.
The construction combines rustic materials - wood and brick walls, floors and ceilings -
with recycled furniture and carpentry.

Single family house in Vistalba, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza In a large lot and in an impressive landscape, the answer is a project that prioritizes permanent
relationship with the outside world. Architecture of simple lines and rustic finishes acts as
a framework for this environment where landscape and the views are key factors.

Single family house in “Vistalba Country”, Mendoza
This house was conceived and designed as a whole, but its construction in stages.
The design considered the proper relationship with the landscape and views toward the mountains.
It defines a sequence between interior rooms, galleries, garage, and swimming pool area.

The access, through a narrow passage, determined to locate the house on a corner of the property,
defining a large entry garden including the pool and garage area.
The interior materials are rustic, rough textures and warm colors, in harmony with the furniture
and decoration preferred by the owners.

The project propose a permanent interaction between outdoor and indoor spaces, plenty solar light
in every room and proper weather protections. The selected materials, brick walls, wood ceilings
and floors, seek an economic construction and a comfortable atmosphere.

The architecture of simple shapes and materials peculiarly rustic, give priority to the views and
permanent outdoor living space. Have a special value its galleries and large windows.

valuable views and quiet life. In the same way, and in order to obtain spaces that invite to stay,
we used rustic materials and treatments.

Single family house – “Palmares” private community, Mendoza Two stories corner project. Defined by an “L” shape the disposition generates an inner courtyard with
a swimming pool related to all the main rooms. The galleries provide covered exterior spaces, including
the garage area, allowing an intensive use all year round.

The architectural design, defined by pure lines volumes , suggests a contemporary language,
prioritizing the relation with the exterior by galleries.
The materials and the interior design are associated with this minimalist approach.
